What happens when I hit the Free plan limit?
Uploads beyond 20 in a calendar month are rejected with a clear message. Existing invoices stay visible — you just can't add more until next month or until you switch to a higher limit (email us).

How accurate is the extraction?

Where is my data stored?
Entirely in EU West. Sessions are encrypted, two-factor authentication is available, and every workspace is private to its invited members. Your data never leaves Europe.
Who can see my invoices?
Only the members of your workspace, controlled by Owner / Admin / Member roles. Invizely doesn't share invoice content with anyone outside your team, beyond the AI extraction step needed to actually read each file.
Can I invite teammates on the free plan?
Yes. The 20/month cap is per workspace, not per user. Invite as many teammates as you want.
How do I cancel?
If you're on the Free plan there's nothing to cancel — just stop uploading. If you've arranged a higher limit, email us and we'll wind it down.
